80ps...... Thats really high. I would drop the oil pan and check the oil pump. Dirty job but pumps are really cheap. Also watching the video oil should be spraying more than it is around the rockers and at 80ps it should be REALLY be spraying.
A blockage maybe?

Your 80psi may be the result of an electrical short. Agree with above, you need a little more oil action.

As for the misfires, try moving the injectors to see if the miss follows. If so, you have a starting point.

1. Install a quality oil pressure sensor from Jeep. I have had absolutely horrible luck with aftermarket oil pressure sensors; when they don't work, they normally read high. It is very unlikely that you have truly high oil pressure.

2. While you're at the Jeep dealer picking up an oil pressure sensor, buy a crankshaft position sensor. It might be the cause of your stalling. Like the oil pressure sensor, I buy my crank sensors ONLY from Jeep. Trust me on this one.

3. Are you receiving actual misfire CODES for cylinders 3 and 5? Are you using any coolant? If you're using coolant and you don't have any leaks, you might have a cracked 0331 cylinder head. It is not uncommon. The #1 symptom of a cracked 0331 cylinder head is "unexplained coolant loss".

Good luck!

i do have to say she did over heat on me once before and i never changed the oil. it ran fine for months! the valve train was pretty gumed up but cleaned that like new recently the head was removed because i threw two pushrods. and bent 2 rocker keepers. they were cyl 5&6. new head gasket and lifters.
ive replaced the cps. cms. all 6 injectors. cleaned the grounds to the motor. tried a different pcm. a different coil rail. iac. when she does stall out i am getting a 0340 code for the cmp but have tried 2 different ones and still stalls. yes i am getting codes for #'s 3&5's misfires. the frigging check engine light was flashing at me lol.
im also leaning to a clogged oil gally somewhere. what is the best way to go about cleaning these out? also the replaced OPSU was from jeep.

Just one engine overheat virtually guarantees a CRACK on the 0331 head.

Most of the time, it cracks between cylinders 3-4, where the factory defect is located. I know you replaced the head gasket, but if this is the same head, I'd still be very concerned about a head issue.

Is that rocker arm bridge twisted?

I would verify oil pressure with a gauge before looking for a clogged oil galley.

I wouldnt trust the stock gauge at all. Get a seperate autometer ,etc oil pressure gauge and eliminate that

Oh and when you do replace them get you some white lithium and but it on the bottom of the bolt head. That will keep your rockers from bending like that if you ever have to do this again. (hopefully you wont)
