I wanna say its 80-90, but I may be wrong. What I do know for a fact, is that because you have an ax-15 you have braze syncros. You need to use a yellow metal friendly oil or your syncros will desinigrate and it will start shifting worse then my pugo.. =P

if you use gear fluid make sure you only use full synthetic, cause of the reg gear oil eats away at the brass parts in the transmission, or you can run some 10w30 in it no problem, seeing as the chrysler fluid you buy is a 10w30 viscosity, lol

"Recommended lubricant for AX4/5/15 and BA10/5 manual transmissions is SAE 75W-90, API grade GL-3 gear lubricant. Warner T4 & T5 manual transmissions use DEXRON II automatic transmission fluid.

Which tranny is in your '92?

I use the Redline MT-90, works great even in the coldest of weather, and its not harmful to the brass synchros.

I run Amsoil 75W-90 GL-4 (which is okay for yellow metals) in my AX-15 and all of my other vehicles (Miata and 240sx). I Don't own any automatics.

I've heard good things about Redline but no experience here.
