I've got a 98 XJ and when I got it I didn't notice the gad tank has 2 spots where its leaking. The gas tank is plastic and looks like its has some rocks across it. My question is what could I use to fix it or could I put the gas tank outta my 93 XJ under her?

the metal tanks wont work i belive from the older xjs,, you can use jb weld,quicksteel,on the holes just make sure you rough the spots up with sand paper or emery cloth to give it something to stick too, ive fixed fuel tanks with both they work great..depending on the size holes

Alright thanks. Its little pin holes but I'm gonna cut the old metal gas tank and fit it under there so the bottom of the plastic tank won't be exposed to rocks or anything
