Check your fuel pressure and flow sounds like it is starving for fuel. A lean condition will also cause the exhaust to glow. The tailight issue is prob a bad ground....
Good luck

You must verify this. 18-20 is waaay too low. The spec fuel pressure for a 99 is 49 psi, plus or minus 5 psi.

If you are out of spec, replace the pump/regulator or the entire assembly.

Update... just had cole muffler install a new exhaust system and drove it home it was running like crap again same as in the video... she only likes to run wide open... at redlights/stop signs i had to bump it to neutral and rev her up to 2,000 wen she would allow me too... this problem is real baffling

not sure if this is at all close but i had a 83 chevy once that i used to play everywhere in and i didnt really wash it much until the one day that i did....anyways the next morning on the way to work noticed the truck started losing power and i had to give it more gas to keep it going and then the headlights and everything dimmed, ended up coasting to a stop and getting it towed home, after hours of me and some friends looking under it, over it, through it and any other way to look at it, we found that a ground wire that went from the chassis to the engine fell off because of me washing it, i must of washed the rust/mud right off of the bond holding it on. just trying to help
