I’ve read just about every post on the internet and watched videos but I haven’t seen anyone with this problem. I’ve taken my tcase apart, the hard bits were hard but I got them figured out and I’m putting everything back together. All the bearings, seals, thrust washers are back in.
When I put my low range shift selector fork back in I can’t shift it. I’ve got lots of pictures so I think it’s right, but I feel like I should be able to move the shift lever. Since I can’t, I’m thinking it’s in there wrong. I only pulled the shift rod and forks out, nothing else was removed. Should something be rotated? I’ll attach a picture. Any help or advice is appreciated. —Anne I haven’t put the upper shift fork in yet until I’m sure this one is correct.
