Exclamation Low front brakes after getting stuck in mud.

Hey everyone,

Finally pulled the trigger and made an account because I cant seem to figure this out. So I got stuck in a mud hole last weekend. Immediately after being pulled out of the hole, I noticed that my brakes were super low and squishy. I chocked it up to mud in my drums and calipers. Over time the problem did not go away. Before this, my pedal was nice and high and I could lock up the wheels no problem.

As part of my effort to un-stick myself, I used a tip I heard online which was to apply the brakes to try to cheat the open diffs and crawl out. I tried this for only a couple of minutes, but I was braking hard. I don't think its possible for the brakes to have overheated though since all 4 tires were submerged in cold mud.

Yesterday it was raining and I decided to adjust my rear drums to see if it would help the problem. After adjusting, even modest braking was locking up my rears completely and leaving my front wheels still spinning. In the rain this became very concerning. I've been reading that this could be either my master cylinder or proportioning valve.

For more info:
New Brake lines all around
New calipers, pads, shoes, drums, everything.
Pedal pushes way down and feels soft but the rears start braking way before the fronts it seems.
No leaks anywhere
I have bled both fronts with no improvement

Any opinions would be appreciated.
