Default loud timing belt/radiator fan

i took it to the beach a couple weekends ago no problem. Came back and next day when i started it i noticed i could hear the timing belt/radiator fan over my dynomax exhaust which wasnt the case before and now id like to know what might be causing this loud, whining noise it makes when it runs. any ideas?

Its your serpentine belt not timing belt, anyways probally a bearing of some sort. Look at all the pulleys (with engine off) see if any of them have movement. While its running listen with the hood up see if you can isolate where the noise is.

One way to check for belt noise is (engine idling and WHILE BEING VERY CAREFUL) spray a little WD40 on both sides of the serpentine belt. If the noise gets real quiet, real quick, it's the belt. If noise continues, it's else where.

Fan clutch?

Work the clutch fan with the engine off. You're looking for excessive play, wobble, rotation without resistance and/or roughness while rotating it manually...

Something like this....the clutch is the silver/finned part and the belt driven rad fan bolts to the clutch.
