Default Looking to lift the comanche! Need advice!!

So I have decided to invest some coin in my 1987 comanche 4.0L and was looking to get this baby lifted ... I found a 5" lift kit from rocky road outfitters but not sure how legit their **** is... and never having lifted a truck before i am not sure what else would have to be replaced on the truck to make it functional after lifting it! Also i think the suspension is still stock and has not been changed out in a long *** time!

-I apologize in advance if there is another thread for this sort of thing...

I'm curious too. I have a 86 that I have been thinking about lifting this year. One thing I see that would help the lift is to move the rear leafs from the bottom to the top. I think that would give at least 4 in. In the rear. I don't know just a thought.

I've got an 89 waiting in the wings for a resto. I expect the front will be same lift as an XJ. Would like to hear some feedback on the rear springs to top relocations.
