Arrow long arm vs. short arm?

im sure this has been brought up before but i couldnt find it.....i currently have a 3" lift which consisted of new coils, lower control arms, shocks, and ad a leafs....pretty standard....this summer i wanted to upgrade to a 5.5 inch rubicon express lift. now what do i gain from spending the extra cash on the long arm kit both on and off the road. this jeep will be mostly used a DD. i just wanted to know what i gain....thanks for the help

long arms reduce the angle that the lower and upper control arms sit at, which prevents axle wrap from extreme flex produced from larger lifts. recommended for lifts over 4.5"

they put the arms back to the stock dimensions...which mean smoother ride and great flex.

Look into RC 4.5" LA kit...for the money you can beat it.

You gain a much better ride, better articulation off road, and admission into the cool kids club.

Seriously, if you're tight on cash the drop brackets are a cheaper alternative that achieve nearly the same results.
