Exclamation Locker help in Knoxvegas Tn

I installed an Aussie locker in the rear and it is not acting right. Several calls to Aussie and several attempts later still not acting right. Anyone in the Knoxville Tn Area installed one of these before and have a few minutes one evening to take a look. I am at my wits end. I am about ready to scrap it and put the spiders back in. I couldn't pay much but I could come up with something. I can do all the work just need someone to show me what is wrong.

I'm up there during the day about 3 times a week but what exactly is it doing or not doing and when you put it in did you check tolerances?

It feels like it is unlocking or slipping. Mainly while going through right hand turns occasionally on straights while accelerating and very rarely going through left hand turns. It will pop and ever time it does it it feels like being rear ended and the jeep jerks to the right.. When it does it on straight aways it will just about yank ya off the road.

I have called Aussie and they recommended changing the carrier center pin, I did this, still does it. He recommended I check tire pressure, both good. Check calipers and make sure one isn't dragging, done. I have taken the cover off three times to check measurements and I don't remember right off what the axle to pin measurements were but I remember they were within tolerance and the space between the sides was .148.

That is within tolerance but just barely. Kinda sounds like it's binding up. PM me your number and I'll be in town Wednesday or Thursday and I see if we can meet up. Always nice to meet another sufferer of the sickness.
