Default Loaded question......

I know it's loaded......so don't remind me.

Suppose a guy has arranged to have someone pull his 89 4.0 & replace all of the freeze plugs(most r rotten)

While I'm sitting there with almost "everything within reach"........what else should I jump on? I have bout $1500 spare U.S. dollars............lol

She has 200k.

thanks

Pull the oil pan and replace the oil pump and pickup. Go ahead and replace the valve cover gasket too.

Doesn't use oil just leaks a little. I was thinking the rear main & oil pan gasket. Compression is 105 down the line. I suppose that's within tolerances for 200k?
