Default Line pressure of a AW4 tranny??

Does anyone know the line pressure at the cooler lines on the AW4 transmission. I installed an additional cooler and was wondering if the hosejionts and clamps will hold up. I have heard that the pressure is pretty low, but thought one of you guys might have more info on it. Thanks much!!

I have been watching it since the install, and it hasn't leaked. I wanted to check because it's getting close to wheeling season, and I don't want any surprises. Thanks for the info!!

What sort of clamps are you using?

On my line when the hard line was leaking i just cut the hard line and used a male and female end then on the hose side used just your run of the mill hose clamp from autozone. Holding up fine.

I have a cooler on my junk too and a set of cheap clamps fron Advance Auto Parts is what has been holding it together for a couple of years now. Just getting ready to put a "T" in the hose for a temp sender to monitor Tranny temps and when I was deciding exactly where to put the "T" I saw no evidence of prior leaks.
Hope this helps to quiet your fears about high pressures.

Standard clamps will work just fine. If it's tight, it will hold.
