break lines definately. also lower transfer case and if shocks arent included in lift get youre gunna need them to fit the size lift you get. track bar and control arms are helpful so you dont get the death wobble like i do!
this is what i got in my kit thats comming soon
Front coil springs designed to give a full 4.5" of lift while maintaining an factory style ride
Only 2" bump stop extensions are included because our springs are designed for extreme travel.
New extended sway bar links are supplied with urethane mounts for long term performance
Brake line relocation brackets are included
Front greasable lower control arms are included that are made from 1-3/4" O.D. x 1/4" wall DOM tubing
Long, thin add-a-leafs for the rear that offer a smooth ride as well as hold up over time
New rear U-bolts are included with high nuts and washers
Extended length shackles are also supplied for the rear to allow your springs to really flex!
New front and rear shocks are included that are valved specifically for your XJ
any thing else i might need for a 4.5" lift????, maybe a Steering Stabilzer or something for the drive shaft i forget what they call it any thing would help a million guys thanks so much so far

rather than relocating the brake lines, get a set of fronts from a 95 YJ and a rear from a 96 Dakota. They're longer than your stock ones and will give you more than just relocating the old ones.
As said already a t-case drop would be helpful. Search it in the tech section and you can find how to make your own. If you don't go this route, an SYE (slip yoke eliminator) will take of of any rear driveshaft vibes.
A better steering stabilizer would be helpful. Rough Country's is pretty good.
If you can do quick discos instead of just the extensions for the sway bar it's be good. Remove the rear while you're doing the rear leafs and chuck it. It's worthless.
An adjustable track bar would be nice, but not necessary.
As said before, get an alignment when you're done.

quick disconect instead of bolting in the extentions for the sway bars?or get the hole package like XJ Front Disconnects with the arms and every thing?
and the rear sway bar is ****? just take it out? if its left in will it harm any thing or just get in the way?
witch would be better t-case drop or the slip yoke eliminator? if i do a t-case drop will i get drive saft vibes still?

you are going to need an adjustable trac bar and control arm drop kit also or the ride is going to be terrible. i have a 5" lift, i know.
my 87 did not require the transfer case drop though so i don't know about that part of hte deal but get the brake lines from the wrangler or a chevy pick up and the dakota because it sucks when the back one breaks on the highway from being stressed.
i left in my sway bar because i do lots of time on the roads and the higher you lift, the more you will sway since you center of gravity is going up. i have no trouble with off road work with the sway bar on. i don't remember if i had a rear one though.

An SYE is better than a t-case drop, but you may not need either. It all depends on whether you have any drivetrain vibes after the lift is put in.

and when i put it on the hoist is it better to use a spring compresser tool or undo them and then lower the axel with a jack? any other things i might need to know beofre i tackle this thing

This. Ive seen a spring compressor let loose and the coil took a mechanics jaw clear off. They shouldnt be allowed. Especially those cheap ones. Ask anyone in the automotive field, they have seen or heard stories.

Me and my dad put my Rusty's 3 inch on in about 2 days. Never done it before and didn't have any problems figuring it out. We could've got it done in about 4 or 5 hours but didn't feel like rushing it. We did use the cheap spring compressor, no problems with it but it was a little sketchy.
