Sure! Coil spacers are very common and are available in a variety of sizes. Longer rear shackles can be added to provide an inch or two of additional height. lift blocks should be avoided at all costs. They will cause axle wrap and ruin your leaf springs in short order.

Is a rough country, no sticker or instruction. am very pleased and the quality and looks but I wish I did 3"!

sweet will they realll make a difference in heighth or is it barely noticeable i really tryin to get 32's under there and i really dont wanna have to trim

You should be able to stuff some 32s under there with the spacer and shackle setup. You may have to adjust your bumpstops too but that is an easy fix if required.
