Post Lift Question

Hey i have a 1995 jeep Cherokee XJ do you think if i lift it 8 inchs it will clear 42's?

not with out sutting fenders im on 11 inch lift with 38s

My buddy has a jeep on 42's I'm not sure what the size of his lift its but he has air bags so its not a set lift height. I doubt 8 inches would give you enough clearance if you want to be able to flex. Your best bet for running 42's would be to build a custom sub frame and either leaf spring up front or buy bigger coils and custom 4 link it. I would run bugger than 8 inches of lift if I was you- I'd say over 12 inches at least and cut fenders.
