4 inch will clear 31's. I don't do cheap. the last 2 lifts I installed were from Iron Rock. so far no complaints. the last one had a rough country lift that had gone bad in under a year.

Check out zone. They make quality stuff and I believe they are a branch off of bds, but I may be wrong. Anyway they have cheap prices and there is a vendor on this forum. He can get you 10% discount or something.
