the second it came to a stop i shut if off.....so idk if it would have kept idling.....if i had a bad tps well it would still start so my final guess is the fuel pump. i have limited moneys and skills butafter have going through everything i know about and checked im guessing fuel pump.

If you have verified that you have a strong, snapping blue spark then you MUST concentrate on fuel delivery to the fuel injectors.
Try spraying a small amount of starting fluid or a bit of gas into the intake. If the engine starts and runs momentarily, you have verified that you have a fuel delivery problem.
That problem could be an issue with the fuel pump itself (check pressure at rail with a fuel pressure gauge) OR it could be that you have good pressure at the rail, but the control electronics aren't allowing the fuel to make it TO the fuel injectors.

I don't think throttle body cleaner is as flammable as starter fluid.... correct me if I'm wrong....
Anyway, sounds like TPS, from what you said about the engine idling down the road with no response from you pressin' on the gas pedal.......
