Default Leaked clutch fluid all over fuse block

Been there for months now my fuses wont stay in place. I need to change my Block i guess. i cant afford to take it to a shop. Anyone know a way to change it?

The seal where the clutch pedal connects to the master cylinder normal goes out, it is easier and cheaper to replace the master cylinder than to try to replace the fuse block. Take all of the fuses out of the fuse block(making sure you know what slots they go in) take an air compressor and try to get as much fluid as yuou can out! i would use a shop rag to collect it from going anywhere. Then take the fuse block off the fire wal and get the back side of it. I would replace the fuses as well. Dot3 fluid will eat away at the plastic like its noones business.
