Default Kbb 62mm throttle body

I will be putting a 2000 intake on my truck real soon and I want to go with a kbb 62mm throttle body also. I was wondering if anyone has had any experiance with this product. I also will be doing the 96 neon injectors and home brew air intake relocated to the passenger side of the truck. I will be deleting the ac and moving the battery and going to a optima in a diffrent spot. I have a 93 4.0 by the way. I should probably start a build thread since I have done some mods already and have much in the works.
ANY info is wonderful THANKS John

Why not buy a stock TB that's been bored out? Much cheaper and essentially does the same thing...Sorry I can't help with KBB but just thought I would toss this out there as an option. GL.

I have thought about boring out a stock unit but I was not sure about how the valve that opens and closes would seat and if there would be any excessive air that gets by when it shouldnt?? I have access to stock units cheap, mabey I will give it a shot but for what I can get a kbb unit for I figured the 10 hp bolt on that I know is done right on top of the upgraded intake and injectors will be sweet. From what Im thinking I will get around 25-30 hp increase over stock with these upgrades, plus the highflow exhaust I have installed. Any opinions??

I doubt you'll get an extra 30 HP from a TB and injectors. If it was that easy, everybody would be doing it. If you had a 99 intake manifold, APN header, high flow cat, cat-back exhaust, cold air intake, TB, injectors and adjustable map for fine tuning you might see 30 HP.

I will have everything but the adj map sensor. I have the exhaust done already thats why I was thinking 25-30 hp. I am also looking to elimanate the belt drivin fan and go with an electric in its place. I guess I will look into the map sensor. How do you feel about adjustable fuel pressure regulator? Also Hot coil and 8.8 wires?

you would get 30 from a hesco head.......

Exhaust and intake Maybe 10-15.
Hot coil and 8.8 wires.....A waste without a Ignition box.
Adjustable map sensor.......No.
HP FPR......Yes with the Neon injectors.....
