consider yourself lucky. here in SoCal they normally charge a $2 entry fee, some yards charge $5. i thought entry fees were normal lol.

as far as JY vs. CL i've been happy with both. i've pulled 3 XJ D44s and sold them off and made a nice profit on them so i cant complain there. as far as pricing some yards stick to the book while others will just decide on the spot how much to charge you and some times you'll get a bit over charged IMO. i've found some pretty good deals on CL too like just recently i picked up two practically new 31" definity dakota MTs for $100. but i've found that i've got better deals on forums like NAXJA and CF than on craigslist.

Around Houston you have to jump on a CL deal right away. Any hesitation and you lose. The local pull a part is OK to walk around in. Seems they always have 5+ Cherokees. The only time to buy is 1/2 off weekends. Otherwise their prices are way to high for used stuff.
