Sounds like your injectors are leaking wile the engine is off. It also sounds like your injectors are stuck open when running. I would change them out for a nice set of new injectors.

Do you think my O2 sensor bad? or just my injectors. Because I can smell the fuel at the exhaust. If I press the gas pedal, the engine is misfiring. Hesitate to rev.

If the O2 sensor has not been changed then you should change that too. It could cause the black smoke wile running too rich, but having to step on the gas to start is a clue to a leaking injector after the engine is off. It is a way to start if the system if it flooded with gas. Any CEL on?
