Jeep wont start after offroading
So i was screwin around today, and for some reason, when my jeep was, as it is in the pictures, my jeep started sputtering, and then just stopped running.. i put it on flat land, and it still wouldnt start, now theres no fuel in the fuel rail, and i cant hear the fuel pump priming.. any idea what this might be? i dunno if theres an inertia switch, like what ford has, or something similar.. thanks guys

Alright, so i had this happen to me! altho i was going 35 around a gravel road and then lost fuel.... GOODBYE power steering and hello embankment.... BUT look at the end of the fuel rail towards the front of the motor and follow at wiring harness-the ones that go to the o2 sensor for mine melted against the exhaust manifold. causing a check engine light and all 6 injectors "failed" really it was grounding out and popping a mini fuse in the engine compartment fuse box.
have you checked all of your fuses yet
?

I checked most of the fuses under the dash, but I didn't know there was a fuse box in the engine bay.. I know there are the relays on the passanger side, but I don't know how to go about checking thoes. And as for fuel, yes that's the first thing I checked.. It has atleast 5 gallons in it. I don't know if the fuel pump has ever been replaced, she has 242,xxx miles on her

where the relays are (the little box just "north" of the battery also has fuses in it. Thats where i blew mine. And relays are hard to check, the best this is to switch the one for the fuel pump with the one for the AC?(which ever relay has matching part numbers) and if it still doesnt start we need to look into other things....
Does it crank and crank and crank just wont start?
check the fuses and try to swap the relays and see what happens first

check spark too. Have someone take the main wire that goes into the dist. from the coil and hold it about an inch from the block and watch for a spark while you crank. just make sure to have a fire extinguisher handy JUST IN CASE something happens-ya never know.

Fuel Pump Wiring
Check under the jeep by the rear diff, the fuel pimp connector is right in front of the fuel tank. Make sure it wasn't crushed or pulled apart.
