When I was waitin for my buddy to come tow me I did crawl under and check the electrical connection and it seemed fine-it wasn't under tension or pulled apart or anything. I disconnected it to check for corosion and there was none.

so there is no hum from the fuel pump when the key is on and you u said you checked the fuse but did you go through all the fuses and make sure there were none blown at all if you did then i would suggest get a test light and check for power in the power wire going to the pump see if its getting power if its not then trace it back as far as you can and check for a break in the wire

Well sad day fellas.. I swapped all the relays under the hood, fuel pump
still not makin any noise, checked the wiring coming out of the fuel pump, from the little I could see, didn't see any freys or cuts, and I couldn't see any damage to the wiring harness coming from the fuel rail.. On a lighter note- Im glad I crawled under the jeep
again, I noticed my sway bar is rubbing on my driverside tire.. Looks like thys gonna have to be removed

Now correct me if I'm wrong, but it didn't look like the tank needed to be dropped to remove the fuel pump.. If that's the case I'm relieved.

Edit: Definitely look into replacing the fuel pump. Most go out sometime after you hit 150k miles.

Freekin awesome! Now as for my swaybar issue.. If I remove my rear swaybar, will I have to worry about my brake line in the rear? It's only about 2 inches over stock, but I dunno if the extra travel with the sway bar removed would cause any issues

no you should not have any issues(how lifted are you actually? and i had that same problem. I removed it and at 3" with the stock line i had no issues.
And glad you found out that problem before it got to bad!
