Default Jeep starts to stall but revives it self

So I know the title might not make much sense but, I really don't know how else to explain it. First of all, this is my first post here but I have found my self here a few times reserching previos issues I have had in the past. So sorry if this is not the right place for this, but I thought I would start here. So I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee 2WD 4.0L automatic transmission. What will happen is at a stop it sounds like it's about to stall but then kicks back on. I have had idle issues before, but this one has no real singes of what would be happening. What it really sounds like is if you are driving a manual and shut the car off while going down a hill, and then clutch start the car. Only it happens within the span of about one second. This will normally happen once or twice at a stop. I've replaced everything I can think of on this jeep because of verious other issues I have. This is the newest problem and it really has me at a loss. Mostly because I don't know how to word it so I can search it on Google. If anyone has any idea, any info would be awesome.
