Ok Ive got a 1994 cherokee its got 206k on it and it smokes most of time and its blue which means oil and i was wondering if there are places i can look to maybe so i can see where the oil is getting into???
There are really only two main things that cause an engine to burn oil. The piston rings are worn, and oil is getting through from the crankcase, or the valve stem seals are defective and oil is leaking past them into the cylinder from the top of the head. The stem seals can be replaced without taking off the head, but it is by no means an easy job for somebody without any experience. Obviously, worn piston rings are cause for a complete rebuild. You can attempt to narrow it down a little bit more by having a leak-down test performed on it.

yeah and if both problems aren't fixed pretty soon they can lead to major problems. like throwing rods, valves seizing, holes/cracks in the block etc.

Silly question, but have you checked to see if your valve covers are leaking near the rear of the head. Mine were (leaking into the exhaust manifold) and I'd get bluish smoke coming out of the exhaust occasionally. Changed the valve cover gaskets and no more smoke. Although, this might not be your issue since you said it smokes most of the time.
Hope this helps.
