Default Jeep dies after an hour or so

So, my jeep started dying at random intervals all of a sudden. It sat in my garage for about 6 months and when since I started using it again this problem has arisen. The car will run for about an hour or so then just suddenly die. Ill wait about 20 minutes and it will restart with no problem then die another hour later. I replaced all fluid and checked the full pump pressure, everything seems fine. Any ideas on what it could be? Also, there is no ECU code given.

I would start by checking out you CPS.

I would start by having your local auto parts store load test your battery. Especially since it sat for a little while.

Which CPS? Crank Position Sensor? or Cam Position Sensor?

Also, the car's rpm jerks up and down a few times before it dies.

Crank in this case. Notorious for failing

Rodent problem? Sounds like it could be an electrical issue. Look for chewed wires, nests, etc.

There was a mouse nest on the passanger seat floor. I thought it was a chewed wire but the jeep fails like clock work after an hour from cold start.

Try looking in the exhaust. It could be blocked!
