alright so i went out there and the grass was so high i couldnt really look under it. but i tested my fuel pressure and nothing came out
So then you either have a hole in your tank, loose connection on the fuel pump or bad fuel pump. Either one you need to get it out of the hole or higher ground to fix.

your comment trying to turn over but wont catch. Does that mean when u turn the key it just clicks? or does it actually "turn over" as in you can hear the motor turning? If it just goes click, once then stops, it is probably as simple as a loose battery cable.

Check battery connections first.
("Momma, we gotta edumacate this boyah! He don't know NOTHIN' bout wrenchin' on thangs, Momma!")
Anyway, if you turn your key to "on", it should register your fuel level. If you heard any loud clanks or pops, you should always inspect the undercarriage. Check the fuel tank and follow the fuel lines up to the engine compartment. The fuel lines run alongside the driver's side frame rail underneath the vehicle.

i looked at the fuel lines and saw no leaks in them or the gas tank, even tried to poor gas through it. but my gas tanks reads there is no gas. how do you check he electrical connections?
When you get your rig fixed, drive to an auto parts store and buy yourself a Chilton manual. Lots of pictures, diagrams, and troubleshooting stuff in there that can help you out. Trust me, one of the best tools you can buy. Good luck with your problem.
