its hot in utah, and the Jeep in feelin it... overheating
I have a 96 cherokee sport, and lately its been running hot- into the red line. I replaced the water pump, the electric fan works well, changed the thermostat, got a k&n filter, yesterday had the whole rad flushed from jiffy, and it runs a bit cooler, but when I start getting above 3000 rpms it starts getting hot. I am getting a rad cap today, but I am kinda at a loss. I drive this thing to a park city every day in the winter (freeway, 4000 foot elevation gain) so it runs about 3000 rpms a lot. but the temps now are in the 90s here so that makes it hard on the engine. Any other advice?

the only thing i can think of is the a/c cond clear of debris, bugs, mud, etc? if it just running a little warm you might try adding water wetter,I have never used it but a friend of mine said it works great.
Does your mechanical fan appear to be working good.
