a couple weeks ago my '91's A/S stopped working on me for about 3 hours, it turned back on for the rest of the day and everything was fine.

the next day i go and start it up and the A/C again was not working, i was playing with the switches and found out that it does blow out cold air, it seems to me that the fan is not working, but under the hood, both fans are in-fact turning...

It wont blow out hot air either, ive checked the fuses and nothing was blown

any suggestions on what this may be?

 

Is the blower working? from your description that is the culprit. Could be a bad switch in the dash, very common, or resistor block on the AC housing just under the dash.

 

There is a quick way to check this if you have a multi meter,unplug your blower and turn on the blower switch,and check for voltage,if you do,it's the blower,if not check the switch.

 

thank you for your help, but im car illiterate, how can i unplug the blower to test? any where i can find a diagram? or picture?

 

In the engine compartment on the passenger side is where your fan is loacated,just unplug it and turn your switch on as well as your ingniton and check for power at that connection,it will varie depending weather the fan switch is in high or low. You will need a multi meter or some way to read power.
You can also put power straight from the battery to the fan and see if works.
