Remove the module. Plug the harnesses together without the module. How's it work then?

Thanks. After puzzling over several circuit diagrams, I risked it before you reiterated plugging..,

It seems like with the MODULE bypassed, the HI and LOW behave the same: SLOW and JERKY. I think the PARK motion is now the same way! I will recheck with the module in place, because IIRC the park function AND the intermitent function ran at normal SLOW speed.

Powered or grounded differently, module in or module out?????

You've confirmed it's not the intermittent module. The park function actually runs the power through a different wire than the normal slow/fast wires. The intermittent function just hits the slow speed for half a second to get the wiper going, and the park runs it through the rest of the cycle back to park. This sounds like damaged wires or a badly corroded connector at the wiper motor itself.

I thought the ground for the wiper motor itself was right at the motor itself? Take the wiper arms off, pull the cowl grate off and you'll see the connector. Clean it up, measuring the resistance to ground, and see what happens.
