Default Instrument Cluster Swap

Got the old new cluster today for $20.00 and the oil and temp sending units for $5.00

Installed everything powered it up, everything is working except the fuel guage is not accurate, my old guage showed 1/2 tank and the old new one shows between 3/4 and fuel.

I would like to know when you turn the key off is the gauge suppose to zero out?

My guage stays at the same place with the key on or off

Any suggestions??
