Default Instrument cluster

Here's the issue my gauges work except my Odometer, speedometer, gas gauge.
I've swap instrument clusters with similar ones at a junk yard multiple times just to see if there was a issue with the factory one I have but nothing seems to change I've cleaned the plugs on the back of the cluster, I've held the odometer while turning the key to ON it did the weird test all the gauges move left to right like their suppose to but whenever I start it those 3 still seem to not work any suggestions?

I have read of others fixing that same issue by cleaning the battery terminals and nothing else. Try that.

Well, the speedo and the odo basically come from the same place, but yeah, it'd be weird for the fuel gauge to also go out at the same time.

When you do the instrument cluster actuator test you're testing the software in the cluster, separate from any outside input, such as the CCD Bus, indicating there may be a fault in the cluster - but, as you said, you've tried different clusters and it didn't make a difference.

Are you sure the test was done properly?

Here's the test procedures and cluster gauges/lamps reaction points:
