Default Installing Nut Strips

So I have some JCR nut strips that I need to install on my 98 xj. Is there an easier way than taking off the rear bumper? I really don't want to deal with a lot of broken bolts. My xj did not come with them stock... Thanks

Not really. You need to access the frame rails and to do that you'll need to remove the bumper. Just PB blast the bolts for a couple days and youll be alright.
