I ran the standard 703's upgrade for awhile and now have switched to the Ford "yellow stick" 710's for comparrisson. I`ll let you know how that went since I`ll drive over 300 miles this weekend.

well today i ran my tank almost empty to get the miles with the 703 injectors. I was getting roughly 13.5mpg with the stockers. With the 703 I got 200 miles on a full 16 gallon tank...That equals 12 mpg. WTF I lost a mile and a half epr gallon

Well that`s no good! I'd also go along with the thought of maybe getting a bad or dirty one. Unfortunately it`s hard to test them other than electronically but that won't tell you if they are clogged up. I started disassembling al the ones I get and soaking them overnight in straight injector cleaner then flushing them out with fresh injector cleaner the next day and replacing the micro-screens in the top. Not as good as professional pressure cleaning but it helps.
