Default injector questions

i'm looking into replacing the injectors and have looked at all of the threads about which ones are compatible and everything. i was looking into the ford XR3Z-A4B / XR3E-A4B ones, is there by chance a different identification number for these?

but i have found Bosch #0280155784 on ebay (found a like on a forum of a guy who has a salvage yard that sells them). they say that they have a uscar electrical connector...... are they "plug n play"?? or am i getting things mixed up somewhere.

how hard is it to replace these injectors?

thanks for the help.

I just returned from my local Crazy Ray's JY with 4 #0280155784 injectors out of a Chrysler Cirrus LX 2.4L.
How do I test them to make sure their worth the $36 I paid for them before I use in my '01 XJ?
I read on a thread/post here something about OHM's testing, what's that all about, do I need to do it, and if so how is it done?
~Thanx all

I just checked the injectors using the technique in the link above and they click beautifully!
I also tested the Ohm's and their all 4 sitting at 13 ohm's. Is this good, and if not what should the Ohm's be for 0280155784 injectors?

Found it at this link: http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/flowrates.htm

It gives you the: Part number, cc/min, lb/hr, rating @ (bar), Ohm & Connector type
The Ohm reading on a Bosch #0280155784 injector should be 12.9.
