So I'm now wondering if my spark plugs should be changed or will stock plugs work well enough till its time for a tune up? If I need to upgrade plugs what would be a good plug to switch to?

Plugs should be fine. If you're planning on a tune up anyway, get the Accel kit (plugs, wires, cap, and rotor) as part of it. It's like $70 and worth it IMO.

If you go to get plugs, try and search up the thread I started lime a month ago, it was about everyones spark plug opinions, a lot of good info on there. I ended up going with e3 plugs from advanced auto parts and noticed a lot smoother idle. (but I changed them because I was misfiring haha) but I haven't had a problem with it at all. But I do have a question about the injector upgrade as I am thinking about doing it when the weather gets better here. Why do you have to reset the computer afterwards?

And do recommend buying new injectors or getting some from the junk yard and cleaning them up?

Its to learn the new fuel tables and to adapt to them to be more fuel efficient.
I bought mine off of nordplz on here. For me it was worth it. Its 20's with freezing rain and or snowing here so yeah.
You might be able to get em cheaper at a jy but for the price I paid I couldn't beat it. Jmo tho.
O an my Jeep is a 2000 so no dist. Does anyone make the rail coil deal (I don't know the tech term) for 00-01 that's the equivalent of accel /msd wire kits?

Depends on how much you are thinking of "cleaning them up". It`s extremely rare for an injector to go bad, they just get dirty so it's a pretty safe gamble getting junkyard ones. If you want to clean them good you can buy a "injector rebuild kit" which comes with new o-rings, plastic pintle caps and micro filters for like $25 and would do all 6 injectors.

I cracked one of the orange plastic things on one of my 703s when I was installing them. Didn't seem to affect anything and never leaked.

All those plastic tips do is hold the o-ring in place and provide a bit of insulation from the heat of the intake/combustion chamber. If the tip is there at all it should be fine as once it's in place nothing is moving anywhere. I started using the less brittle black plastic tip on the injectors I put together just because I always have trouble with those tan/brown/orange ones cracking on me. But heating them up good helps a lot before installing them on the bottoms of the injectors.
