I clocked my '92 laredo a month ago at 17MPG city, 21 highway which is amazing, I don't know if my calculations are wrong but those were the results. I have 108,000 on the 4.0L and its all stock as of right now. I'd go with the alloys because I have them and they seem to help, I'd look into getting a cold air intake, and reducing backpressure by adding a different exhaust setup, maybe a cat delete? (just don't tell anyone!!!) LOL
