alright,
drivers side, above and to the left of the brake pedal there is a fuse box.
there are lots of little fuses there, but on the left side of this there is one bigger rectangle (could be black, blue, or other colors i've seen).
open the door and get it buzzing, and feel around for this box if you don't recognize it from what i said.
once you feel that thing buzzing, you can work it out and youre done! it might be a little tight, but just keep working it out and it'll budge. pulls straight out.

There is a plug at the seatbelt latch near the floor, unplug it and use a jumper wire across the terminals. Pulling the buzzer out may effect another circuit.

The buzzer is also the warning for leaving your headlights on when you turn off the ignition. After removing the buzzer (for the obnoxious noise) I promptly left the headlights on at work one night and got back to a dead battery. New battery and reinstalled the buzzer.
Just unplug the wire from the back side of the door button. You may have to remove the button from the door post, but it just unscrews. Your interior light won't come on, but there will not be a buzzer.
Reach down alongside the seat, going along the lower seatbelt portion. You should feel two wires (you can also see them from the back of the seat, and you can just yank the seat right out in about two minutes with a 13m/m wrench.)
Disconnect the harness plug. Check the status of the switch (with the seatbelt unplugged) and see if it is OPEN or CLOSED.
If th switch is OPEN without the buckle in place, simply connect the two wires together. If the switch is CLOSED without the buckle in place (I don't recall which it is normally,) simply leave the harness connector unplugged.
Put the seat back in, if you'd removed it.
The whole operation should take about five minutes. If you have a four-door, you don't even need to remove the driver's seat - just pull the two nuts and two screws holding it down so you can tip it away from the transmission tunnel.
Seatbelt buzzers, door buzzers, clutch safety switches - always the first things to go when I get a new (to me) vehicle!
