Can you help me find these PCV Valves & Breathers? The technicians at AutoZone and Oreily's Auto Parts seem clueless and the technicians at #BigOTires busted these assemblies when replacing the oil valve covering!
Okay the front one is just an elbow and the tube can be a rubber hose if you want. The rear one is an elbow with a metered hole in it. Again, the tube can just be rubber hose. The plastic pipe is nice because it keeps itself out away from hot areas. The front one takes filtered air from the filter box and allows it to enter the crankcase. The rear one is a controlled vacuum leak, it only allows a certain amount of air from the crankcase to enter the intake manifold to burn any blowby that would pressurize the engine. This system maintains a continuous flow of air to ventilate the engine. From what I've heard the rear one is easy to get, but the front one not so much. You can drill out one with the orifice to use for the front one. I think NAPA carries them, but never actually checked.
I think Big-O-Tires owns you a fix, or at least reimbursement for your cost for parts. Try Amazon for genuine Mopar parts.

The rear - avoid using the "soft" rubber tubing (that are available from hardware stores). It's vacuum line, so you need to make sure that the hose is solid enough that it does not collapse.
