I installed the Rustys knuckle to knuckle tie rod conversion today. Driving around all seemed great till I hit a bump and and THE DEATH WOBBLE happened now I'm hoping someone has some help/advice with my problem.

I've got a wobble on the front end and the major advice I got was, align, balance, and steering stabilizer. I will be doing all of it on my next day off... for good measure.

If you just did a modification to your steering without any of the follow-ups/adjustments that 93gc linked to, and expect it to drive perfectly.... you have a lot to learn.

are you sure its DW and not bump steer?
i had an experience with the rustys steering system (sucks BTW) in that we couldnt get it to keep aligned.
if i were you i wouldve went with a tera flex high steer knuckle and a true cross over steering....

DO it poor boy style and leave that fancy dancy bought stuff for mall crawlers.

Do the Wj knuckle conversion. A lil bit of work, but worth it, and can almost be done entirely from parts at the J-yard.
