When asking for help here and not listening to test procedures, why ask?

I bought one of them in line bulb testers for spark plugged it in between my distributor and coil no light I looked at a jeep today and it had a park neutral switch hooked up would that stop it from sparking or what do you think

Must use flywheel from motor you pulled out no way around it.

I removed all wiring from the jeep and installed all the new including the fuel pump computer and all lights and bulbs. So I must use the new flywheel because the new computer needs it

"..1991 block with newer HO stuff on it..." what?

1991 was the first year for the HO... so if you put HO on an HO motor... you still have HO. "HO stuff" from 1991-1995 (and some 1996) are interchangeable. It would help if you were a little more specific on what you did and didn't do. You shouldn't have had to "piece together a few different wiring harnesses from 91 through 95" either... 91-95 are the same - the exception being most 91 & 92s use the old "renix style" distributor... but the harness for the renix style and the "newer" early HO style is still the same.

It sounds like you're trying to use HO electronics with Renix electronics... which will be your downfall. You need the ECU from an HO if you're going to use HO.

yes I did use a go computer ? 4 sure I think or I wonder is the fly wheel from a 1996 same as 1992? If no that could be my problem. Or I am using a harness from a 1994 manual in a automatic 1988 jeep. I don't think that would matter much right?
