I replaced my trans mount yesterday. I had <1/4" clearance for the exhaust pipe to the cross member, now I've got over an inch. For some reason the cross member wouldn't bolt back up without using a die grinder and a carbide bit to elongate the holes a bit. I replaced my front pinion seal earlier that day and had the Jeep up high on jack stands...that may have racked the frame a bit.
Looking forward to a test drive this afternoon to see if some of the creaks/rattles and thumps are gone.
