Yeah, you don't want your dipstick to be upside down. Makes the oil run backwards in the engine. It doesn't lubricate very well that way.

Boy, you really ARE OCD, ain't ya? Like having all your fuses the right way. My oil dipstick is in upside down because for some reason it slides in easier. At least I have a reason.

Lol! I have to replace mine b/c it got broken off by the Valvoline guys when I first got the Jeep and hadn’t worked out my space for doing my own oil changes. They replaced it with a new one, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t the right one and it’s too short. That was 4 years ago, I’ve just learned to read it without the correct markings.
