I was wanting to know what I can use to fix/ replace the vacuum line that runs from the egg in the bumper to the first connection near the battery.
I found a hole in it a few days ago and as soon as i touched the line, it snapped.
I did find some flexible line at the auto store that fits very tight over the old vacuum line and seems strong enough to not collapse. The label on the line says it is a fuel line. I have it on as a temp fix right now and its ok, I still have a leak somewhere but I also haven't clamped the line at all.
Will this line work, or is there something that would work better?
I am also planning on moving the vacuum bottle out from under the hood soon.
