I can't identify this part!

It's under my right front fender and the hose is cracked.

Yep. Get's "charged" with a long tube from the intake vacuum, then the little tubes on both ends, one goes to heater control, the other to Cruze.

I have an idle issue. Since the hose to it is cracked could that have anything to do with my high idle in park?
