The pinion looks a litttttttttle bit low, but I don't think it's enough to cause the problems you're having.

When you replaced your u-joints did you also replace the centering ball, or at least grease it?

But the drive shaft has a little nick out of it I got it from a junk yard do idk how it got the gouge

Check your fluid level in both the axle and the t-case.


This is a tough one to diagnose without actually being there.

That would make it vibe? I no that the diff is full.. Nvr checked the t case... Would that nick in d shaft do anything that bad?

No or low fluid level can cause bearing failure. That will make a gawd awful noise.

If the drive shaft is gouged enough it can affect the balance.

You can't. You'll need to take the shaft to a driveline shop that has the proper equipment. You could replace it with another shaft and see if that fixes it.

It's to hard to find a short one around me... I have one off a 2000 auto 4.0 and it's to long to even go in between the yokes lol
