How would i fix this?
I don't know what that indicator is called but when I'm in drive it show I'm in neutral, as shown, when im in neutral it shows im in park. So basically it's one behind? I'm sure its nothing hard to fix this, but idk. It's not really that big of a deal, but it really pisses me off when I see cuz then I just get really fixated on it.
Any help is appreciated!

Best way I've ever went about fixing things is just taking it apart, trying to fix it and learning for myself. You can always put it back together if you can't figure it out.

i actually i had the same problem and fixed it! you have to take the bezel off the center counsel and the plastic covering becomes loose and just move it till its correct. once its correct snap it back into the counsel and it wont move again. its weird it becomes loose when you take the bezel out but tightens back up once put back together

I had this problem, and fixed it by bending it back into place. It worked and never gave ma problems.
Just grab in park and pull or push on it till it is in its place. be careful not to He-man it and break it.
