Yeah, that's what you think!

It may look that way to the naked eye, but at the molecular level, things are wearing out, man! Air molecules (and the occasional bug) are colliding with those fan blades and slowly chipping them away. Why, in a few million years, it will be worn down to the nubs, and then where will you be?

Replace 'em while you got 'em out, I say!

Oh, yeah, man, it's serious stuff!

I'm thinking of getting one of those nice sturdy bronze fans they carry over at the marine supply store. Dunno why they sell radiator fans, since boats don't have radiators, but they are some stout fans! Oughta last a long time!
