Default How to fix a saggy headliner?

My headliner is sagging everywhere from the roof flex I had with my last audio system. Is there a quick/simple way to stick it back up without tearing it out?

There's no quick way of doing it from what I've read. My headliner was sagging so bad I couldn't even see out the back glass. I just tore it out but left the backer board. There's a detailed write up in the XJ write up section. I intend to replace my fabric one I find one that will suit me lol.

Took out the headliner tore off the old stuff and then got 3 yards of desert camo and 2 spary botles of glue and handled it it half sections at a time.

I was backing up one day and turned around in my seat and got my hand caught in the hole for the overhead light lol. It wasn't up there for no more than an hour after that.
