Mine is a little bit older, but it should be just four screws and the rest of it is clips that just pop out. There should be 2 under the dash at the speedo and one by the headlight switch and one by the cig lighter.

If you are talking about the trim around the radio/heater controls ect it just pulls off. If you move the shifter away from park it also makes it easier to pull off. Once you get a corner popped it comes off easy.....i usually start on the bottom.

tech/tech, scroll down to auto repair reference center, then go to 94 cherokee( dunno if its listed on other years) then chassis electrical, instruments and switches then instrument cluster.

If yours is older it obviously has the older trim, so it's irrelevant.

The link says I need to login, but regardless looking up this for a '94 will not give the correct answer.

Yes just pull....I use a butter knife to pry from the top....u can warp a towel around the knife if you concerned about scratching your trim.

The whole thins is connected by pressure clips on the dash so slip you fingers on each side of your center console and pull the cetner piece of the dash trim off. Once that's off there are two screws that hold your radio into the dash itself. Un-screw them and then you have full access to it
